Book Your Day: Secure your day and provide me with any brand assets or inspiration you already have. (Don’t worry, I have a form for that!)

Creation Time: I’ll work quickly and efficiently to create the exact graphics you need. You’ll provide real-time feedback a couple times throughout the day to make sure every detail is spot on.

This is my portfolio from working with the lovely Jenny, who has rebooked several times with me!
Jenny came to me with a list in a Google Doc (my FAVORITE way to work, fyi!) so as I designed each thing (mostly Instagram stories or program banners), I was able to link them to their respective Google Drive folder or to their Canva design template.
Then, she was able to just click on each one and import it into her own Canva!
The ones she couldn’t import into Canva are the things done in Photoshop. SOMETIMES I design in Photoshop instead of Canva if I feel like the banner or graphic is really calling for that hyper-intense, classy look of things like gold foil (like the banners you see here).

Day of Design FAQ
1. What is included in a Day of Design? The Day of Design includes a fully dedicated day where I create design elements tailored to your needs. This can include social media graphics, program banners, Kajabi pages, Squarespace pages, and more. The specific deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. In summary, it is “whatever I can get done in 7 hours”.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN DAY OF DESIGN:
Brand design / logos / color palettes / font curation. YOU MUST COME TO YOUR DAY OF DESIGN WITH BRANDING READY TO GO. This helps me be FAST and EFFICIENT for you. :)
2. What if I’m not satisfied with the design? Design is a collaborative process. Clear and timely feedback throughout the day will help me make sure the design meets YOUR needs and is suited to YOUR taste. My biggest concern is making you happy and leaving you satisfied with your designs. That being said, it is somewhat a “you get what you get” sort of thing - so if we spend hours on endless revisions, it’ll be harder to get lots done.
3. Is a refund available if I change my mind? No, once the Day of Design is complete, refunds are not provided. The only exception is if we decide to terminate the project before 2 PM due to creative misalignment or feedback issues, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. After 2 PM, no refunds are available.*
*This is negotiable depending on circumstances including weather or wifi-outages, etc.
4. Do I need to be available all day? I’ll need your feedback at various points to keep the project on track. If you know you won’t be available at all, please notify me at least 3 days in advance, and we can look into rescheduling. As for how MUCH you need to be available, I just ask that you pop online a couple times throughout the morning that we work together because that’s the most crucial time when I’ll be asking for feedback to make sure I’m really aligned with your vision.
5. What happens if I’m in a different time zone? The Day of Design operates from 10 AM to 5 PM BST (British Summer Time). If you’re in a different time zone, please adjust accordingly to ensure you’re available for feedback. Delays due to time zone differences will not extend our working hours or the project timeline. AFTER NOVEMBER 19th, I WILL BE IN AKST and my hours for work will start from 10am to 5pm AKST.
I am extremely flexible, knowing that time zones and busy lives can get in the way of being available all day. That’s why I just ask that you pop in on occasion to check on progress, but I don’t insist that you’re available and doing nothing else ALL day. You can go about your day.
6. How does payment work? The total cost is $555, with full payment required upfront to secure your booking. Payment confirms your spot and allows us to proceed as scheduled.
7. Can I request additional work outside of the agreed scope? Yep! Anytime we’re working together and you realise you want something else that is more urgent than the request I’m currently working on, just let me know; I’m happy to come off that project and work on whatever is more important. Typically, up front, we’ll talk about what you want me to design so that I have a general scope of what we’re doing that day, but for example, a recent client of mine asked me to stop working on banners and work on a PDF she remembered she needed to submit to a bundle. So it’s definitely possible to switch tracks.
If what you’re looking for takes too much time, we can get another Day of Design scheduled for an additional fee.
8. Can I reschedule my Day of Design? Yep! Just ask that you give me at least 24 hours so that I can rearrange my day.
9. Who owns the final design work? Once payment is complete, you will own the intellectual property rights to the design work. Studio Sequin retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
10. Will my information be kept confidential? Absolutely. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including business strategies, design details, and any proprietary information shared during the design day.
