Welcome to Studio Sequin! By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
Studio Sequin offers branding, design, and strategy services, including “done-in-a-day” packages. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 50% payment for services is due in full prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining 50% due the day of delivery.

2. Refund Policy
Given the fast-paced nature of our services, all payments are final. We do not offer refunds once the project has started, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice.

3. Intellectual Property
All design, logos, branding, and strategy documents created by Studio Sequin remain the intellectual property of Studio Sequin until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business.

4. Liability
Studio Sequin is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our goal is to deliver kickass designs and strategies, but we can't promise success or specific outcomes (that part’s on you).

5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
